FOOD, BEVERAGE & ALCOHOL

All food, beverages and alcohol must be purchased through �Eagle Hills Golf Course� except for �theme� desserts such as wedding cakes, birthday cakes, etc.  Eagle Hills reserved the right to inspect all private parties, meetings, receptions, etc.  Any �outside� food or drink will be removed.  All state laws pertaining to the drinking age will be enforced.  Picture identification will be required.  Bartenders have the right to refuse service to anyone.  All beverages on the golf course must be purchased from Eagle Hills.  Beverage cart servers also have the right to refuse service to anyone.  Alcohol purchased through Eagle Hills must not be removed from the facility.  All prices are subject to change, however; previously booked functions will be honored.

FINAL COUNT GUARANTEE & MENU

Eagle Hills requires any final changes to the menu be made at least two weeks in advance.  A first count of the number of people attending is required ten days prior to the event and the final count due four days prior to the event. The final count will serve as your guarantee.  It cannot be reduced and will remain the minimum in which your group will be charged.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the facility rental is due upon reserving the date.  Payment in full is required following the completion of the event.  MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

In the case of any damages caused by any person or persons in your party, the undersigned person will be responsible for all fees and reimbursement to Eagle Hills Golf Course.  Eagle Hills will take two bids for damages and will go with the lower bid for repairs.
